Three towers with port names: Torre do Porto, Torre do Cais, and Torre do Farol.
The architecture is contemporary, with bold geometric volumes on the facade, balconies in earthy tones, and landscaping integrated into the floors. The building is designed to earn LEED certification, the international sustainable building label — the same standard as the neighborhood, which is LEED Platinum.
What sets Veleiros apart is the leisure space: five floors, 8,644.87 m² total, with a rooftop on each tower. Units range from the 46.58 m² loft duplex found in all three towers to a two-suite duplex with double-height living room at Torre do Farol. Every unit has a charcoal grill.

Veleiros is one of the buildings in the Vivapark masterplan, alongside the other residential buildings in the neighborhood (Vértice, Voz, Videiras, Ventura, Vista Jardins) and the Viva plazas. The renderings show the three towers opening onto the park's lawn, with the ground-floor commercial space facing the street — you can walk out of your home and reach the food hall, Colégio Bom Jesus, the fitness center and the neighborhood urgent care center.
Vivapark is Brazil's first park neighborhood: a spacious residential area alongside education, health, work, shopping, leisure and security facilities, with parks (Viva Equilíbrio, Viva Energia, Viva Arte), the MUV Arena for sports, and a university. It's located between Costa Esmeralda and access to BR-101, just minutes from Itapema and Balneário Camboriú.

Eccel Incorporadora was founded in 1995 in Caxias do Sul and is one of the largest developers in the Serra Gaúcha region. It started with structural projects and moved into real estate development, with projects like Montaury 2090, Authentic Condomínio Clube, Pharos and Quinta São Luiz, plus expansion into Gramado and Porto Alegre. In 2023 it launched Leaf 18 and in 2024 began operations in Santa Catarina with Veleiros.
