Who's responsible
This is the website of real estate agent Pricila Santos (CRECI 43328-F SC), in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina. It's not the official Vivapark or Vokkan website. She's responsible for the data handled here and in WhatsApp support.
What we collect
What you send us: name, WhatsApp, email, and what you write in forms, on the site chat (Viva IA), and on WhatsApp: the type of property you're looking for, price range, city, messages, and offers.
How you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and properties saved to favorites. Your browser stores a random code for this, with no name attached. If you open a link you received on WhatsApp, or talk to us after browsing, this history can be connected to your support record so the agent knows what you've already seen.
Ad tools: the site uses Meta's pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads tag, which use cookies and those companies' own codes to measure who came from an ad.
What we use it for
To answer you, put together the property selection you asked for, send you your page with options and payment terms, track the negotiation, and improve the site. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Meta: support happens on WhatsApp. When you come from an ad, we tell Meta what happened next (for example, that the conversation was qualified or that there was a visit), along with your phone number and name encrypted (in code that can't be read). This is only for Meta to measure ads and show them to similar people.
Google: the Google Ads tag records visits that came from Google ads.
AI assistant: first contact on WhatsApp and the site chat are handled by a virtual assistant with AI. Messages go through an AI service we hired to generate responses; a real agent takes over the conversation whenever you want.
Hosting: data is stored on servers we hired to host the site and support system.
How long
While you're getting support or interested in properties at Vivapark. If you ask, we delete it.
Your rights (LGPD)
You can ask anytime to see, correct, or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages. On WhatsApp, just reply "stop". For anything else, send a message to Pricila: WhatsApp 47 99953-6922.
To not be measured by ads, you can block third-party cookies in your browser or adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
