Sicredi, Hã!Burger and PSG Academy: what opened and what still opens at Vivapark through October
Seven new businesses through October; the neighborhood now has nearly 30 shops and services. The complete list, with dates.
Through October, Vivapark Porto Belo welcomes seven new establishments and now brings together nearly 30 shops, restaurants and services. The calendar was released in August by ND Mais, and part of it has already happened. Here's the list, because it shows what changes in the daily life of those who live or will live in the neighborhood.
What's already opened
- Track&Field — opened August 8. It's the brand's first store in Porto Belo.
- PSG Academy — opened August 22, using Paris Saint-Germain methodology. Soccer school in the neighborhood.
- Fresh Can — drinks, desserts, fruit and snacks on Rua Viva, expected August.
- Clínica Singular — care for autistic and neurodivergent individuals, on the active façade of Vértice building, expected August.
- Eletropostos We Charge — electric car chargers, expected August.
What's coming in October
- Hã!Burger — the burger restaurant is leaving its traditional location and moving to Rua Viva at Vivapark.
- Sicredi — bank branch in the neighborhood.
- Premium women's salon — name not yet announced.
Why a bank branch matters
Because it's the kind of thing that only opens where there are already people. A gym, school and restaurant open early to draw them in. A bank and clinic open when the foot traffic exists. The neighborhood brings in more than 130 thousand people a month, according to the article, and the active frontages of the buildings (the ground-floor shops) are part of Jaime Lerner's design: streets with commerce below and residents above.
