December 2025 was the busiest month in Vivapark Porto Belo's history: 130 thousand visitors. With the season, the park neighborhood started operating every day in January, with extended hours at dining establishments through 31.
That number means more than it seems. A neighborhood under construction that welcomes 130 thousand people in a month doesn't live on residents alone: it lives on visitors coming from Bombinhas, Itapema, and Balneário Camboriú to eat, work out, and stroll around.
What was open
The Food Court had six operations: Budda Rhasa, Waka Waka, O Ovelheiro, Gusttare Forneria, Cremeliê, and Freddo Gelateria, with live music Thursday through Sunday. Muv Arena offered padel, tennis, and beach tennis. Wave gym sold daily passes and weekly and biweekly packages for visitors. For kids, Playground Mico Leão Dourado and Play Acqua.
The Sales Center opened daily from 8:30 to 19.
What this means for buyers
A business that operates in January, when the coast is packed, is a business that survives the rest of the year. For someone buying an apartment to live in, it's a sign of a vibrant neighborhood. For someone buying to rent seasonally, it's the number that matters: 130 thousand people walking by the door.
