Vokkan wins the real estate market's top award with Vivapark
Balanço Geral Itajaí reported the achievement in October 2025; Vokkan's list includes the Master Imobiliário 2025, in Urban Development.
Vokkan Urbanismo won the most important award in the Brazilian real estate market in October 2025 with Vivapark Porto Belo. The news aired on ND's Balanço Geral Itajaí on 22.
The program didn't name the award in the article text, but the list of awards later released by Vokkan itself and published by Diarinho in September 2026 shows the Master Imobiliário 2025, in the Urban Development category. The Master is organized by Fiabci-Brasil with Secovi-SP and is treated by the industry as the "Oscar" of the country's real estate market.
What the award recognizes
Urban development, not a building. In other words: the neighborhood's design as a whole, with public streets, parks, school, commerce and underground infrastructure, conceived by Jaime Lerner and executed by Vokkan since 2020. It's the same spirit as the neighborhood's other awards: the LEED for Communities Platinum of 2022, the ACD Awards and the DNA Paris of 2023 and, in 2026, the OPAL Awards for VITTA 27 and the City'scape Award for Parque Viva Energia.
Why this matters when you're buying
An urban development award is different from a façade award. It says that the infrastructure supporting the value of each apartment and each lot was judged by outside experts and approved. For investors, it's the best possible guarantee that the neighborhood will keep going. For residents, it's the park at your doorstep.
