The façade bears the signature of Manoel Doria, from Doria+Arquitetos: organic lines and curved balconies that change from floor to floor, making each apartment's private area slightly different from its neighbor. The building is sustainable, with GBC Seal.
The towers change floor plans by level. On the lower floors (base and 1 floor), four 2-bedroom apartments per floor, plus garden units on the 7th floor. From the 16th to 22nd floor, 3-bedroom apartments. From the 23rd to 30th floor, just three 4-bedroom apartments per floor — fewer neighbors and the highest views in Porto Belo.
