Vokkan delivers Vivapark's expansion: 305 thousand m² and Parque Viva Equilíbrio

Vokkan has delivered the first expansion of Vivapark Porto Belo. It's more than 305 thousand m² of new neighborhood, with R$ 3.2 billion in investment and estimated sales value of R$ 9 billion. At the heart of the expansion is a 30 thousand m² park: Viva Equilíbrio.
In practice, the neighborhood that started in 2020 has doubled in developed area. And the new section was born with a finished park, not a promised one.
Parque Viva Equilíbrio
Two lakes, contemplation decks, grassy bleachers, sensory garden, sand playground, and pet area. The landscaping is by JA8 Arquitetura Viva, and the Italian-design street furniture was produced by Metalco do Brasil. Surrounding this park are Valence, Videiras, and the lots of the new phase.
The numbers Vokkan shared
Porto Belo led coastal Santa Catarina launches in 2025, with R$ 12.7 billion in sales value; Vivapark accounted for 14% of that. The neighborhood's first billion in sales came in July 2024 and the second in September 2025, fourteen months later. The average appreciation reported by the developer is 246.5% for buildings and 250.9% for lots, from launch to today. These are Vokkan's figures; past appreciation does not guarantee future appreciation.
