Manoel Doria signs Valence, RDO's first project at Vivapark
Two towers with 30 floors facing Parque Viva Equilíbrio, apartments from 73 to 146 m². Construction in 2027, estimated delivery in 2031.
RDO, a developer with over 70 developments in 43 years across Santa Catarina, presented its first project within Vivapark Porto Belo at the end of May: the Valence building, designed by architect Manoel Doria of Doria+Arquitetos, from Florianópolis.
For those who follow the market, this is the kind of news that says more about the neighborhood than about the building: one of the state's oldest developers chose Vivapark to enter Porto Belo.
The project
Two towers with 30 stories, with apartments ranging from 73.34 to 145.81 m², from 1 to 4 suites. On the ground floor, a boulevard with over 20 retail operations. Leisure amenities span 3,300 m², featuring an outdoor pool with a beach area. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2027 with an estimated delivery in February 2031.
Manoel Doria described the design as "two towers with strong visual impact on the landscape" that "gently converse with each other," and explained that "the project stems from an organic design at the base."
Location and pricing
Valence is located across from Parque Viva Equilíbrio, in the neighborhood's expansion area. Units are now listed: the Valence page shows each available apartment with price, floor, and floor plan, and the simulator calculates down payment, installments, and adjustments through delivery.
