VITTA 27 wins the OPAL Awards and Vivapark starts 2026 with an international prize
Mixed-use category for Famex's building with FGMF design. More than 130 thousand visitors in December and the new Sales Center at 6 thousand m².
Vivapark Porto Belo started 2026 with yet another international award: the VITTA 27 building won the Mixed Use category at the OPAL Awards. The project is by FGMF architecture firm and developed by Famex Empreendimentos, from Paraná.
It's the second building in the park to be honored outside Brazil. The first was Vértice, at the International Property Awards in 2023.
The VITTA 27
Two towers with studios and apartments with 1, 2 and 3 suites, a façade featuring cantilevered slabs, sliding louvers and greenery on the balconies. It's the building with the cheapest unit in the September price list, making it the entry point for many people coming to the park. The VITTA 27 page shows every available unit.
According to the article, Famex grew to over 160 thousand m² in simultaneous construction in 2025. Eduardo Daggios Neto, CEO of the developer, called the award "an important milestone in our history."

The park neighborhood welcomed over 130 thousand visitors in December 2025 and surpassed R$ 2 billion in sales. The new Sales Center and Model Apartment Village, with 6 thousand m², are open Monday through Sunday, from 8am to 20pm, featuring model apartments from Vision, Veccel and Videiras.
Monica Volaco, partner and vice president of Vokkan, told TopView that "important awards like OPAL reaffirm the urban innovation role" of the project.
