Vivapark delivers Vista Jardins, the neighborhood's first residential building
Inaugurated on July 19: apartments from 117 to 684 m², partnership between Vokkan and Torresani, designed by Alencar Arquitetura. What changes when comparing prices.
Vivapark Porto Belo delivered its first residential building on Saturday, July 19: Vista Jardins. Until now the park neighborhood had houses, commercial spaces, a school, and Vértice, a mixed-use building under construction. Now people are living in apartments inside the park.
It's a milestone for a simple reason: 2020's promise was an entire neighborhood, and the building delivered is the part of that promise you can't fake.
What is Vista Jardins
The building is a partnership between Vokkan, the master developer of the park neighborhood, and Torresani, a developer from Blumenau. The architecture is by Alencar Arquitetura. Apartments range from 117 to 684 m² of private space, with 2 to 4 suites, up to 4 parking spaces, and over 3 thousand m² of amenities: spa, sauna, fitness center, wine bar, pub, playroom, party room, and adult and children's pools.
Roderjan Volaco, president of Vokkan, told the local news that "the delivery of Vista Jardins is an important milestone." Architect Nicholas Alencar summed it up: "Seeing Vista Jardins completed is materializing an imagined future."
What changes for those comparing options
A finished building becomes the price reference. When you look at the price list today, Vista Jardins is the only delivered building, and its price helps you understand the discount of buying the others off-plan. The Vista Jardins has its own page here, with the remaining units.
